Shipping and Delivery Policy

At SSM Moto we are committed to delivering your parts and accessories safely and as quickly as possible. This policy explains our dispatch and delivery process.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Standard accessories: dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Genuine / OEM parts: sourced and quality-checked, then dispatched within 3–5 working days.
  • Seats & alloy wheels: require special packing and inspection; dispatched within 5–7 working days.
  • Orders are processed on working days only (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Delhi / NCR: 1–3 working days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: 4–10 working days after dispatch, depending on location and courier.
  • Remote / non-serviceable PIN codes may take longer or may not be serviceable; in that case we will contact you.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated by weight and destination and are shown at checkout before payment.
  • Free-shipping offers, where available, are stated on the Website and applied automatically at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we send a tracking number by WhatsApp or email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier’s website.

5. Damage in Transit

  • If the outer packaging is badly damaged or tampered with, do not accept the parcel and inform us the same day.
  • A continuous unboxing video is required to claim a replacement or refund for a transit-damaged item (see our Refund and Cancellation Policy).

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We cannot change the address once an order is dispatched. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts may be refunded after deducting the actual to-and-fro shipping cost.
