5. Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders are subject to the shipping timelines mentioned in our separate Shipping Policy page.
  • Delivery is considered complete once the shipping carrier marks the order as “Delivered.”

6. User Responsibilities & Safety Disclaimer

  • Professional Installation: Many products sold on SSM Moto are motorcycle modification parts. We strongly recommend professional installation. SSM Moto is not liable for any mechanical failure or accidents caused by improper self-installation of parts.
  • Road Legal Compliance: Some modification parts may change the original specification of the bike. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the modifications comply with local RTO and traffic laws.

7. Mandate for Unboxing Video

To protect against fraud and transit damage, a clear unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to missing items or physical damage. The video must show the parcel from all sides before opening and should be continuous (no cuts). Without this, claims for transit damage will not be entertained.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, logos (SSM Moto), images, and digital downloads, is the property of SSM Moto and protected by Indian copyright laws.
