Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SSM Moto, we want to make sure you get the best parts for your bike. Please read our simple rules for orders and returns.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Standard Items: You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering, as long as it hasn’t been shipped.
  • Seats, Alloys, & Genuine Parts: These are special items. If you cancel after we start processing, a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Partial Payments: If you paid an advance to book a special item, this deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the order later.

2. Dispatch & Shipping Times

We take extra care with certain items to ensure quality:

  • Seats and Alloy Wheels: These take 5–7 working days to dispatch.
  • Genuine OEM Parts: These take 3–5 working days to dispatch.
  • Other Accessories: Usually shipped within 1–2 days.

3. The Unboxing Video Rule (Important)

To protect you and us from damage claims during transit, you must record a clear video while opening your package.

  • This video must show the shipping label and the opening of the seal.
  • If the item is damaged or wrong, we can only provide a replacement or refund if you have this unboxing video.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • You can return an item within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packing.
  • No Returns on electrical items (lights, horns, etc.) or parts that have been fitted to a bike.
  • Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.
