Shipping and Delivery Policy

At SSM Moto, we are committed to delivering your bike parts and accessories in the best condition and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping process below.

1. Dispatch Timelines

Not all items are shipped at the same speed because we perform quality checks on specialized parts:

  • Seats and Alloy Wheels: These items require careful packaging and quality inspection. They usually take 5–7 working days to dispatch.
  • Genuine OEM Parts: Sourcing and verifying genuine parts takes 3–5 working days before dispatch.
  • Standard Accessories: All other items are typically shipped within 1–2 working days.

2. Delivery Times

Once your order is handed over to our courier partners, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Within Delhi/NCR: 1–3 working days.
  • Rest of India: 5–10 working days (depending on your location).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your delivery location.
  • For orders involving Partial Payments, the remaining balance (if any) must be cleared as per the terms mentioned during your purchase before or at the time of delivery.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or Email. You can use this to track your shipment in real-time on the courier partner’s website.

5. Important: Damage During Transit

We use high-quality packaging to prevent damage. However, to stay safe:

  • Unboxing Video Required: You must record a clear video while opening the parcel. This video is compulsory to claim any replacement or refund if the product is damaged during shipping.
  • If you notice the outer packaging is heavily damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and contact us immediately.

6. Address Changes

We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. Please ensure your address and phone number are 100% correct when placing your order.
